Two United directors quit

From the Guardian:
The last traces of the pre-Glazer era at Old Trafford were eroded significantly today when Manchester United’s finance director Nick Humby and commercial director Andy Anson resigned.
United confirmed their departures this morning after heavy speculation overnight that their resignations were imminent. The two men, believed to be unhappy at the way their job specifications had changed under the Glazers, will leave the club in February to take up fresh challenges.
Humby and Anson’s departures leave chief executive David Gill as the only non-Glazer involved in running the club, although there is no indication Gill has any plans to leave himself. Nevertheless, the move has come as a blow to Gill, who has worked closely with Humby since his arrival at United in 2002 and was responsible for appointing Anson in February 2004.
