Brown appointed new chief scout

TeamTalk - Sunderland manager Roy Keane has appointed Mick Brown as the club's new chief scout.The 67-year-old, who will take up the post with immediate effect, spent eight years as chief scout at Manchester United as well as working for the Football Association under England manager Steve McClaren.
